Bristol's St Leonard's Church was demolished in the 1700's, but these photos are of its location. The Church was built over the street right above where that white van is parked in this photo -

Leonard Lane was named after the Church, and runs along the line of what was the Medieval Bristol City Wall -

This is the Church of St John in Bristol. This was one of the other Churches in Bristol that was built as a sort of gateway into the city, so St Leonards Church might have looked similar.
