- order and direct that such sum or sums of money
which shall or may be so remaining in this fund (or -
elsewhere / as a foresaid shall be equally divided between
my said three children in the same manner as therein
one hundred pounds above - - and
bequeath unto my daughter - all my household
goods and furniture my beds bolsters bedsteads blankets
rugs quilts and sheets to be - to - by -
executor immediately after my - I give and -
bequeath unto my son William my wearing apparel
of all sorts both linen and woolen and it is my wish
to be buried in a plane and - manner in the -
church yard of ?owldy? in the same grave as my late
- wife was buried or as near - as can be
- - and direct my executor to pay all my -
just - and funeral expenses and lastly I make
- and appoint my said son william -
sole executor of this my last will and testament -
and here by - all former will and wills by me - in
-fore made and so - this only to be my last

seven hundred and ninety six before the right and
honourable Sir William Wynne? - doctor of
laws and master keeper of - of the -ogative
court of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the oath

- and sole executor named in the will to us
whom administration was granted of all said -
regular that goods chattels and - of this -
having been first sworn by - - -

I ANGEL SILKE
of Stebbing in the county of Essex - do make - -
this my last will and testament in manner following
I do bequeath the sum of one hundred pounds
to be paid out of my estate - to my -est daughter

Charlotte over and above what I have by this my
will give her in consideration of here great - and
affortion shown in the management of my family over
since her mothers death and of the hindrance it may
have been to her before pre- in this world and I do
hereby by virtue and in pur- of any power or -
to - given or reserved in and by any - of
settlement of agreement for that purpose made
previous to or - my marriage with Charlotte
Boughton my late wife and of any surrender by me
made of the copyhold? part of that estate hereinafter
- and of all their powers to use in any -
belonging or appertaining give - - limit
and appoint all that - of - and farm
and all the cottages barns stables - -
orchards - - -and -
thereinto belonging bring part? - - -
- with their app- - lying
and being in Paufield? in the said county of Essex and -
or late in the occupation of John - -
- unto or assigned unto all and every my children
the said Charlotte, and Elizabeth, William, Susanna -
Caroline, Anne, Mary Ann Catherine and John equally
part and share alike and do hereby virtue and in
persuance of all and every the powers and authorities
aforesaid give bequeath - -and appoint all
my eight children seventy pounds capital stored in
- - per court consolidated annuities standing

all and every my aforesaid children equally part and share

Charlotte her mothers gold watch and trinkets and also

son William and - daughter Charlotte
