H. Silk, Shelburne, as vice-president and Dr. E. C. Campbell as one of the directors. We understand the company will take over the Shelburne power plant at once.

The Little Wonder Fishing Club, whose preserve is at Horning's Mills, is made up of the following members: William Robertson, Charles Mason, Norton Fisher, F. H. Silk, James Chalmers, Duncan McVanel, J. A. Mills, T. F. E. Claridge and Dr. Barr.
